Shirley Gross is an organization development consultant with over 30 years of experience as both an internal and external consultant. She has a Bachelors Arts from Capital University in Organization Development, a Masters of Science from George Mason University in Organizational Learning and certificates from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland in Organization & Systems Development and Working with Groups. She has worked with government and military organizations as well as in the manufacturing, retail, financial and non-profit sectors, where she assisted with reorganizations, coached executives, and facilitated large and small group learning. Shirley has had her own consulting firm since 2005 and has been the director of the Georgetown Executive Certificate in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership Program since 2008. While living in Cleveland from 1976-1998, she was a member of The Taylor Road Synagogue and The Library Minyan at Beth Am. Shirley currently resides in Reston Virginia where she is an active member of Congregation Beth Emeth.
