Jessica Cohen is the Managing Director of Community Relations for the Jewish Federation of Cleveland. Jessica began her career in the office of U.S. Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy as the youngest paid staffer in the 107th Congress. She later a nonprofit consultant, specializing in foundation relations and nonprofit operations. Most recently, Jessica held the position of Senior Director of Government and Foundation Relations at Friends of Breakthrough Schools, a high performing charter school network in Cleveland.

Jessica was chosen as one of the 2015 Crain’s Cleveland Business Forty under 40. She is currently a member of the Cleveland Heights City Planning Commission and the boards of United Black Fund and Hispanic Alliance. Jessica received her undergraduate degree in Government from Harvard University and her Masters’ in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University. Jessica and her husband Eric have four adorable children.
