Jacob Millner serves as Midwest Regional Director and Senior Policy Analyst with The Israel Project where he works on issues pertaining to legislative action to fight BDS at a state level. Jacob graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in History and Political Science. He has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. Originally from Chicago, Jacob currently resides in Minneapolis, MN. In the past, Jacob was Director of Public Affairs with the JCRC of Minnesota and the Dakotas, where he served as the lead lobbyist for Minnesota’s successful Iran divestment effort. He has also worked as a lobbyist for several state-level business trade associations.
