Where and when is JCPA2017?
JCPA2017 will be February 25-28, 2017 at the Capital Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C. The conference begin with Havdallah Saturday night and conclude at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
Where can I stay and how much does it cost? Do I need to make my own reservation?
JCPA2017 attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations. We have contracted a block of rooms at a discounted group rate of $264.00/night at the Capital Hilton Hotel. All hotel reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge. Hotel space is limited. We strongly encourage you to book your hotel rooms early.
How much does it cost to attend? Can I register online?
Registration is:

  • Full Registration: $525
  • Spouse/Partner Registration: $480
  • Sunday Only: $270 (does not include dinner)
  • Monday Only: $235
  • Chair’s Dinner Only: $180
  • Tuesday Only: $270

Are there any discounts available?
There are discounted registrations for local DC residents,  Young Leaders (under 40), and New Delegates.  There are some need-based discounts available as well. Please email for more information.
What is the dress code?
Attire for all sessions is business casual. Comfortable shoes are a must throughout!

Are there options for my strict dietary requirements?
JCPA2017 is strictly Kosher. The JCPA attempts to accommodate special requirements, but they must be informed at least one week prior to the conference. Please contact Tamara Leopold at 212-684-9815 or for more information.
What security measures should I be aware of?
For security reasons, badges must be worn at all JCPA2016 events. Badges will be provided upon check-in at registration. Non-registered persons will not be allowed access to any JCPA events. The JCPA reserves the right to withdraw the credentials of any delegate. Unauthorized print materials may not be distributed, and no solicitation is permitted.
What is the cancellation policy?
Hotel cancellations are subject to the hotel cancellation policies noted in the hotel section and must be made to the hotel directly. All registration cancellations must be received in writing via email to . A processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be issued after February 10, 2017.
