Judy Lubin is a sociologist, policy analyst, communications strategist and adjunct professor at Howard University. She has more than a decade of experience leading strategic initiatives for nonprofit organizations and government agencies. Dr. Lubin has built an impressive track record of raising awareness and support for some of today’s most pressing women’s, health and social issues as principal of her firm, Public Square Communications and leadership positions with national organizations. Most recently, she spearheaded and was the lead author of Sociologists for Justice’s public statement in response to the shooting death of Michael Brown and police suppression of protests in Ferguson, Missouri.
